hlpy, born in 2020, is a tech-driven roadside assistance insurance start-up founded by visionaries who identified a market gap and redefined the industry with a cutting-edge digital solution. This marks another milestone in our journey to become the go-to solution for modern roadside assistance across Europe and beyond.

We operate on a B2B2C model, partnering with key players in the automotive industry—insurance companies, car manufacturers, rental agencies, and mobility providers. Through our advanced digital platform, their customers can request roadside assistance and replacement solutions instantly and in real-time, transforming roadside help delivery.

We are seeking a highly motivated customer service professional to join our dynamic team. The role involves overseeing the digital support process and intervening when necessary to ensure excellent service standards.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in French (C1/C2 level)
• Good knowledge of English
• Previous experience in operations and/or customer service is a plus

Additional Information:

• Part-time role (30 hours per week)
• Shift-based position, including occasional night and weekend shifts
