Job Description: Civil MEP Supervisor

A Civil MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creating detailed technical drawings, plans, and specifications for construction projects.
2. Supervising the installation of MEP systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components.
3. Ensuring that MEP installations meet quality standards, codes, and regulations.
4. Supervising and directing MEP technicians and contractors.
5. Tracking progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions.
6. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
7. Overseeing the testing and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure they meet specifications and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in MEP-related fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Plumbing Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in MEP installation, supervision, or related fields.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and regulations.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to supervise and direct MEP teams.

Job Description:

• Create shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Creating and reading 2D/3D drawings.
• Drawing layout lines for electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Prepare work drawings according to supervisor or project team instructions and schedule.
• Ensure drawings comply with industry regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with Structure and Architect teams to produce coordinated drawings.

Requirements:

• Domicile in Bali (Note: We do not provide housing, mess, or flight transport).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an MEP Drafter.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D & 3D, Revit, SketchUp, MS Office, MS Excel, etc.
• Good communication skills and able to work in a team.
• Note: Only candidates domiciled in Bali will be considered. We do not provide mess/kostan, transportation, or motorcycle/bike support.
