Position Overview

Rouvenat is seeking a Marketing Product Assistant to support the development of its jewelry collections and contribute to the ongoing improvement of a growing start-up. You will assist the marketing development and operational team, playing a cross-functional role in collection development, logistics coordination, production follow-up, and business tools management.

Responsibilities

1. Product Development
2. Assist in preparing meetings with the Artistic Director
3. Follow product development with workshops (schedules, milestones, quality)
4. Participate in packaging development (design, sourcing, production)
5. Update sales materials (product news, catalogs, technical sheets)

Candidate Profile

• Enrolled in a Bac+5 business school (ESSEC, ESCP, AUDENCIA, EDHEC…)
• First experience in marketing, project management in luxury appreciated
• Proficient in MS Office & fluent in English
• Strong interest in luxury, jewelry, and sustainability issues
• Bonus: familiarity with AI or visualization tools (Notion, Canva…)
