About the job

As a CX Strategy Lead within the Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) Accelerator, you will provide end-to-end human-centered experience strategy and digital solutions for Sanofi manufacturing staff. Your goal is to enable seamless and easy collaboration across products and services within the ecosystem, aligning with product roadmaps, user needs, and technical frameworks. You will work closely with Product teams, leadership, and stakeholders to shape solutions that support business objectives, product vision, and long-term strategy, ensuring scalable experiences across the M&S ecosystem.

This role requires deep expertise in user experience, design thinking, and Human-Centered Design methodologies. You will develop CX strategies to deliver innovative digital solutions that are accessible, integrated, and reliable. Your responsibilities include identifying and setting CX strategy, envisioning complex CX ecosystems, and inspiring teams to push boundaries. Your strategies will serve as guiding principles for your projects.

Main responsibilities
  • Define and deliver CX Strategy based on research, insights, and measurement frameworks, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.
  • Work with team members to define, document, and maintain the user experience strategy, rollout, and operations for Sanofi products and digital solutions.
  • Manage resources effectively to meet priorities under tight deadlines; lead a team of CX Strategy employees and contractors.
  • Mentor and empower team members to stay informed of industry changes and continuous learning.
  • Represent CX Strategy across the business, influencing product and service development, and integrating CX within digital development processes.
About you
  • Strong analytical skills to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic planning abilities based on product roadmaps, team maturity, and business priorities.
  • Business acumen and understanding of value generation and business modeling.
  • Deep knowledge of digital product management, including agile methodologies and CX principles.
  • Familiarity with CX measurement frameworks and global cultural sensitivities.
  • High emotional intelligence to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven success in CX Strategy for Manufacturing & Supply, with a portfolio demonstrating frameworks and end-to-end mapping for complex digital products.
  • Experience in conceptualizing data-heavy interactions, systems, and workflow optimization tools tailored to M&S environments.
  • Advanced skills in Miro and FigJam for frameworks and collaboration.
  • Experience with Agile, Design Thinking, Lean UX, and rapid iteration processes.
