As a CX Strategy Lead within the Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) Accelerator, you will provide end-to-end human-centered experience strategy and digital solutions for Sanofi manufacturing staff. Your goal is to enable seamless and easy collaboration across products and services within the ecosystem, aligning with product roadmaps, user needs, and technical frameworks. You will work closely with Product teams, leadership, and stakeholders to shape solutions that support business objectives, product vision, and long-term strategy, ensuring scalable experiences across the M&S ecosystem.
This role requires deep expertise in user experience, design thinking, and Human-Centered Design methodologies. You will develop CX strategies to deliver innovative digital solutions that are accessible, integrated, and reliable. Your responsibilities include identifying and setting CX strategy, envisioning complex CX ecosystems, and inspiring teams to push boundaries. Your strategies will serve as guiding principles for your projects.
