Role Overview: As Digital Communications Director, you will play a key role in the strategic development of our agency, especially the Digital Communications department. You will manage a portfolio of clients, develop effective digital strategies, launch and oversee campaigns (including social media ads, Google, and YouTube), create and translate content, and collaborate with webmasters, graphic designers, and motion designers to develop websites, email campaigns, designs, and videos. You will monitor online communities, manage influencer campaigns, and produce reports based on KPIs. Leadership and project management skills are essential.
Candidate Profile: Proven experience in digital communication, fluency in Dutch, with excellent command of French and English. Expertise in social media platforms, digital campaigns, Google & YouTube Ads, Canva, and design tools. Creative, target-oriented, and able to translate abstract concepts into clear, impactful content. Empathy and active listening are key traits. A university-level degree related to our activities is required.
