The Global Data and Platforms team is looking to enhance its UX practice to improve user benefits and the overall experience of its digital products.

The Global UX Researcher is responsible for developing and executing UX research plans to gather data on user needs, behaviors, and experiences for HAVAS organization tools and platforms, producing actionable products or organizational insights.

  • They will work closely with product owners and the adoption team to validate initiatives based on qualitative and quantitative user data. They will produce insights for various markets.
  • Support the product team in validating business requirements with functional and technical specifications using research data.
  • Provide expertise on developing and executing UX research and visualizing insights.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of working practices, application quality, tooling, and agile processes.
  • Navigate a matrix organization with global and local stakeholders with diverse mindsets, roles, and reporting lines.

Mission & Responsibilities

Functional :

  • Develop and execute UX research plans to gather insights on user needs, behaviors, and experiences.
  • Conduct interviews, user tests, and other research methods to collect qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Analyze and synthesize research findings to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Create detailed service blueprints and user stories to guide product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and product managers to ensure user-centered design.
  • Present research findings and insights to stakeholders clearly and compellingly.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX research and design.

UX Researcher Expertise :

  • Conduct comprehensive UX research including interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
  • Utilize methodologies such as usability testing, card sorting, and A/B testing.
  • Analyze user behavior through web analytics, heat maps, and session recordings.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, experience maps, and service blueprints supporting Design Thinking.
  • Use research tools like Clarity, User Testing, Lookback, Hotjar, and SurveyMonkey.
  • Ensure all research activities comply with privacy regulations and ethical standards.

Education & Language :

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology).
  • Proven 3-year track record in a UX Research role, preferably in a tech environment.
  • Fluent in French and English (C1-C2); Spanish (B1) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
  • Act as a user advocate, ensuring user needs are prioritized.
