hlpy, born in 2020, is a tech-driven roadside assistance insurance start-up founded by visionaries who identified a market gap and redefined the industry with a cutting-edge digital solution. We are on a journey to become the leading provider of modern roadside assistance across Europe and beyond.

Our operation is based on a B2B2C model, partnering with key players in the automotive industry—insurance companies, car manufacturers, rental agencies, and mobility providers. Our advanced digital platform enables their customers to request roadside assistance and replacement solutions instantly and in real-time, transforming roadside help services.

We are seeking a highly motivated customer service professional to join our dynamic team. Your role will involve overseeing the digital support process and intervening as necessary to ensure excellent service delivery.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in French (C1/C2 level)
• Good knowledge of English
• Previous experience in operations and/or customer service is a plus

Additional Information:

• Part-time role (30 hours per week)
• Shift-based position with occasional night and weekend shifts
