You will

  1. Be part of our EMEA Axivion Sales team, responsible for expanding and winning new business for our Axivion Static Code Analysis and Architecture Verification tools.
  2. Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, managing complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
  3. Engage with existing and new customers, employing a ‘land and expand’ strategy for long-term partnerships.
  4. Communicate the value and competitive advantages of our products, highlighting metrics that improve customers' software development processes.
  5. Engage and convince stakeholders involved in the buying journey, including SW Developers, Architects, Testers, R&D Managers, and Technology Leaders.
  6. Leverage your technical knowledge to build credibility and provide value in the functional safety domain within regulated industries like Automotive, Medical Devices, and Industrial Automation.
  7. Participate in go-to-market activities, such as identifying conferences and crafting value messaging.

About You

  1. You have a proven sales record, especially in acquiring new customers through cold calling, prospecting, and consultative selling.
  2. You possess strong technical knowledge and can demonstrate our solutions to software development teams.
  3. You have experience or deep knowledge of regulated industries like Automotive, Medical Devices, or Industrial Automation.
  4. You are familiar with functional safety and embedded systems, relating well to technical buyers.
  5. Your background includes software sales targeting developer teams, with a solid understanding of static code analysis tools.
  6. An educational background in software engineering or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
