Job Title: Vehicle Synthesis Manager – Major Project

We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to take on the role of Vehicle Synthesis Manager – Major Project. The ideal candidate will:

  1. Define the performance contract and vehicle architecture, acting as a key interface between various teams.
  2. Possess strong technical expertise and exceptional communication skills to translate complex information and align diverse stakeholders.
  3. Be accountable for the technical design of the vehicle system, related performances, safety, functional and physical integration, and product/development, to reach the best trade-offs between Quality, Cost, Timing, and Performance, achieving program targets at different stages of the program life (advance phase, development, or serial life).
  4. Engage with PFDI on Quality, Cost, Timing, and Performance within an engineering contract with the Project Director for the model, platform, and modules.
  5. Ensure that international standards are incorporated into the project contract.
  6. Define and coordinate the packaging plan, digital and physical validation plan (including expert and captive fleets).
  7. Consider regulatory constraints and oversee the test plans.
  8. Participate in defining the Physical and Functional Architecture team in terms of skills and resources, and adjust the budget accordingly in case of technical perimeter modifications.
  9. Bring extensive experience in vehicle architecture, system synthesis, and QCDP management, ensuring optimal technical and business alignment.
  10. Have hands-on experience with digital and physical validation tools and methodologies for robust system verification.
  11. Possess a strong background in project coordination, decision-making, and stakeholder management, balancing strategic priorities with operational execution.
