At Polar Analytics, Finance will serve as the strategic backbone of our growth, ensuring financial stability while powering data-driven decisions across the organization. We are seeking our first Finance Manager to build scalable processes, drive financial planning, and partner with leadership for our next growth phase.

Scope of Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate, timely monthly closes and comprehensive reporting (P&L, cash, budgets, SaaS KPIs).
  • Own the monthly closing process for accurate financial views.
  • Improve cost control and financial hygiene through policies and scalable processes.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning; support revenue forecasting and pipeline analysis.
  • Manage finance and admin operations including vendor payments, legal, and equity administration.

This Job is Made for You If:

  • You have startup or scale-up finance experience, with strong accounting and reporting skills.
  • You are data-driven, proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, and understand SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, Gross Margin, NRR).
  • You are action-oriented, collaborative, and hands-on.
  • You communicate complex financial insights clearly and maintain discretion.
