  • ASSISTANT DE COPROPRIÉTÉ or ASSISTANTÉE DE COPROPRIÉTÉ - 78

Within the co-ownership team, reporting to a senior property manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative management of approximately forty buildings/units.
  • Handling phone calls.
  • Communicating with co-owners.
  • Preparing general meetings.
  • Follow-up on insurance claims, liaising with service providers.
  • Issuing work orders.
  • Processing invoices.

Profile required:
  • Degree: Bac +2 in real estate professions.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in co-ownership assistance at an ADB.

Advantages:
  • Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM, with Fridays until 5 PM. Flexible hours between 8-9 AM and 5-6 PM.
  • Type of employment: Full-time, CDI.
