Job Title: Site Security Specialist

Location: Remote, flexible within Europe

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the effective implementation of the Global Site Security Program, mitigating risks and protecting people, assets, and operations.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Regional & Country Security Managers, Site Leads, Site Security Officers, Procurement, Facilities, M&A teams, and more.
• Contribute to the development and rollout of training programs for Security Professionals and key site functions.
• Manage projects effectively from initiation to completion.
• Engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels, from site teams to senior leadership.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent project management and execution skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable engaging at all levels of the organization.

Contract Details: Initially 2-year contract, with the possibility to extend or go permanent.
