Consumer Digital Project Manager – Consumer Solutions

We are seeking a Consumer Digital Project Manager to join our Digital Services team. This role involves driving the development and deployment of digital services for Consumer Solutions, focusing on enhancing consumer experiences on our website and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders including Marketing, IT, and Operations to ensure a seamless, customer-centric experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Improve consumer experiences on our digital platforms by co-designing consumer-centric digital solutions across our website, mobile apps, and customer communication tools.
  2. Define and execute the roadmap for digital service improvements aimed at consumer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  3. Lead the international rollout of consumer digital solutions, ensuring alignment with local business needs.
  4. Coordinate workshops to gather business needs and propose innovative digital solutions.
  5. Collaborate with Business Units, IT, Marketing, Design, Customer Service, and Sales teams to define digital services strategy.
  6. Manage agile project processes to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  7. Facilitate training workshops and webinars to promote proper adoption of digital solutions.
  8. Monitor market trends in e-commerce and digital consumer engagement to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in B2C digital services, mobile app management, or consumer digital solutions.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Strong knowledge of digital tools such as MS Office, Google Analytics, Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Miro.
  • Experience with omnichannel CRM and mobile/web development is a plus.
Location

Issy-les-Moulineaux, France, with 2 days of home office per week.
