Vous serez responsable de la gestion des événements de haut niveau, en assurant une expérience client exceptionnelle tout en mentorant les membres juniors de l'équipe. Qualifications

  • 5+ ans d'expérience en gestion de délégués dans l'industrie des événements.
  • Compétences en gestion de bases de données d'événements.
  • Fluent en anglais et français.

About you

You’re an experienced delegate manager with a proven track record in the events industry. You thrive on delivering exceptional client experiences and take pride in your ability to manage complex projects with precision and ease. You’re personable and approachable, with fantastic listening skills. Your organizational abilities are second to none. A natural leader, you are able to guide and support junior team members while keeping an eye on the bigger picture

What you'll be doing

  • Take the lead on delegate management for high-profile events, ensuring every detail is handled flawlessly
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of event management databases and related travel bookings, including issuing documents for all participants
  • Keep participant lists updated and accurate at all times
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular and clear progress updates
  • Generate event communications, including invitations, follow-ups, and final confirmation emails
  • Propose and manage complex travel itineraries for participants
  • Provide on-site support during events and ensure attendance information is accurately updated post-event
  • Mentor and support junior delegate managers, sharing best practices and ensuring high-quality standards

Must haves

We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)

  • 5+ years of experience in delegate management within the events industry , ideally in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Proficient in event management databases such as CVENT and / or Evenium
  • A valid work permit for the country you are applying for
  • Excellent knowledge of database management software
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Fluent in English & French (No scrambled oeufs at egg, svp.)

Nice to haves

  • Experience working on pharmaceutical industry events
  • Skilled at managing priorities and taking a proactive approach toproblem-solving
  • Great listening skills and able todigest and act on information quickly
