We at Banyan International, a handicraft jewelry accessories company based in Ubud Gianyar Bali, are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating compelling visual content that is consistent with our brand identity. This position requires expertise in using advanced digital design tools and the ability to work in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop visual elements, such as graphics, illustrations, and other supporting assets, that are aligned with Banyan International's product identity.
2. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to understand customer needs and produce effective and visually appealing design solutions.
3. Customize design content for various digital and print channels, ensuring a consistent and optimal user experience.
4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhere to tight deadlines, and maintain a high attention to detail.
5. Provide creative input and help develop innovative concepts to support business objectives.
6. Use digital design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, etc., to create high-quality visual assets.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer in a corporate or agency environment.
• A strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating skills in graphic design, illustration, and digital design.
• Highly proficient in the use of industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A sound understanding of design principles, visual trends, and color theory.
• Experience in optimizing content for multiple digital platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Good time management skills and ability to deliver work to tight deadlines.
