Job Description:

Our client is an international company specializing in the manufacture of high-end plastic packaging for the cosmetics industry. With a strong presence in the French market, with renowned clients such as L'Oréal, Clarins, and Pierre Fabre, the company is seeking a Sales Manager to strengthen its sales team in France.

Your responsibilities:

  • Autonomously manage and develop a client portfolio in France
  • Prospect and acquire new clients in the cosmetics sector (LVMH, Chanel, Roche, COTY, etc.)
  • Market high-quality plastic packaging to cosmetics manufacturers
  • Negotiate contracts and monitor commercial offers
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams in France and Austria
  • Participate in trade shows and meet with clients in the field

Requirements

Your profile:

  • Significant experience in sales or key account management, ideally in the packaging or cosmetics sector
  • Fluent in French and German (English is a plus)
  • High availability to travel within France
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with ERP and CRM tools
