Project Manager Officer Solution (H / F)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach calls to potential freelance candidates.
• Source and identify talent suitable for client needs.
• Engage in pre-call preparation to ensure effective communication.
• Execute cold calling strategies to acquire new freelance talent.
• Collaborate with the team to understand client requirements and match them with the right talent.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in our CRM system.

Profile Requirement:

You are the ideal candidate if:

• You have some experience or strong interest in recruitment/sourcing;
• You possess excellent adaptability and interpersonal skills;
• You are looking for a team adventure with responsibilities and autonomy;
• In addition to your native language, you have a good command of English;
• Experience in IT and working internationally is a plus;
• You hold a degree equivalent to BAC +2/3 (BTS, DUT, Bachelor's), engineering, or university, and you are eager to grow in a scale-up environment.
