A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Head of Recruitment to operate under their brand. This role offers experienced recruiters the chance to take control and ownership of their desk without the burden of overhead or arbitrary targets. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in agency recruitment.

Job Description:

Halr Tech Group | Remote | Full-time | Commission Only (80%)

You will operate as a Head of Recruitment under the Halr Tech brand, fully supported by our internal infrastructure. Your responsibilities include:

1. Source, qualify, and place candidates across tech, IT, engineering, or sales verticals
2. Utilize our infrastructure: CRM, ATS, job boards, automations, contracts, and billing are all handled for you
3. Operate under a credible, modern brand that opens doors
4. Be part of a community of like-minded recruitment partners

Minimum requirements:

• At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in 360 or agency recruitment
