Job Description:

Responsibilities include:

• Implementing and managing the Global Site Security Program to mitigate risks and protect personnel and assets.
• Collaborating with Regional & Country Security Managers, Site Leads, Security Officers, Procurement, Facilities, and M&A teams.
• Developing and delivering training programs for security professionals and key site functions.
• Managing security projects from initiation to completion.
• Engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels, from site teams to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
