Job Description
A multi-specialist player in digital transformation, business consulting, and technology consulting, Audensiel supports its clients across various sectors in France and internationally in the following areas:
- Digital: Digital transformation projects, from project management using Agile methodology through AMOA and application development to acceptance/testing.
- Consulting: IT consulting within IT departments and business consulting within functional departments, specifically for Banking, Insurance, and the Pharmaceutical Industry, focusing on governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and financial department transformation.
- Data/AI: Architecture and development of Big Data solutions with data engineer and data scientist consultants. Development of innovative AI projects as POCs for clients.
- IoT: Exploitation and processing of data from connected objects within complex interconnected systems. Designing the entire value chain to enhance user experience and optimize productivity.
- Cybersecurity: Support on cybersecurity governance, including audits and project management for data defense and security.
- Cloud/DevOps: Support at various levels including strategy, governance, architecture, development, and DevOps.
Your Main Missions
1. Provide Corrective TMA
- Responsible for reporting and resolving incidents related to eCommerce in Europe.
- Prioritize corrections or business changes in dedicated release slots based on incident criticality.
- Coordinate progress with the global eCommerce team.
- Regularly communicate ticket and production status to the business.
- Ensure order fulfillment by monitoring daily orders and handling incidents.
- Monitor site availability and performance using Dynatrace weekly reports.
- Escalate issues below thresholds to the global team via ServiceNow tickets.
- Recommend technical and process improvements for sustainable incident resolution.
2. Ensure Scalable TMA
- Gather needs and write functional specifications.
- Share specifications to assess feasibility and schedule.
- Ensure progress and consideration of changes by responsible teams.
- Execute patch acceptance and validation.
- Participate in recipe creation and test documentation.
- Proactively contribute to solution improvements with IT teams.
- Validate deployment plans in production with involved teams.
3. Build Knowledge Base to Anticipate Future Incidents
- Develop procedures to address repetitive incidents (e.g., price and catalog management).
- Research and propose solutions to improve productivity, responsiveness, and quality.
