Delivery Manager / Head of Delivery

Overview

We’re seeking a strategic, client-focused Delivery Manager / Head of Delivery to lead successful digital project deliveries across key accounts. This senior role is ideal for someone who excels in project leadership, team development, and client success.

Responsibilities

1. Lead delivery for complex, multi-stream client engagements.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
3. Manage project risks, scope, financial performance, and forecasting.
4. Coach and develop project managers across multiple accounts.
5. Drive continuous improvement in delivery standards and practices.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in senior delivery or project management roles.
2. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
3. Solid commercial acumen, including budgeting, SOWs, and profitability.
4. Experience in digital/tech environments with distributed teams.
