Contract Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Rate: Flexible

We are seeking an experienced UAT Test Manager to lead User Acceptance Testing for a major program of work at global leader in hygiene and pest control services. This role will be pivotal in ensuring new business-critical systems meet user expectations and are fit for deployment.

You will be responsible for end-to-end UAT planning, coordination, execution, and stakeholder engagement across various business units and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the UAT strategy, approach, and timeline for new systems or upgrades.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and project teams to align on acceptance criteria.
• Identify and onboard appropriate UAT participants from the business (end users, SMEs).
• Ensure UAT test cases are clearly derived from business requirements and reflect real-world use cases.
• Coordinate UAT environment readiness, including data setup and access control.
• Monitor UAT execution, track test progress, and manage defect triage and resolution in collaboration with development teams.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups or test clinics during UAT phases to resolve blockers.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a UAT Test Manager in enterprise-level programs.
• Strong understanding of User Acceptance Testing principles, planning, and execution.
• Experience working in agile, waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—able to work with both technical teams and non-technical business users.
• Proficiency with test and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM, Azure DevOps).
• Strong organizational and reporting capabilities.
• Experience with global rollouts or multi-region UAT programs is a plus.
• Background in service-based industries (e.g., logistics, field services, facilities management) is desirable but not essential.
