About the team

Our Workspace team is looking for an IAM Engineer - Access Management based in Lille or Paris.

Decathlon's Workspace teams support our digital transformation across 2000 physical sites in over 70 countries, focusing on:

• End User Computing: Designing and industrializing IT solutions for end-users deployed at remote sites;
• Authentication & Access: Managing digital identities and authentication experiences for all Decathlon employees;
• Green Tech: Supporting environmental transformation through digital solutions;
• Collaboration Tools: Managing collaboration and communication tools.

Digital Workspace is currently a team of 90 professionals working closely with other domain teams worldwide.

Join the Authentication & Access tribe

You will join the Authentication & Access tribe, consisting of 26 members, focusing on:

• Simplifying SI access for all employees and partners via secure authentication methods (SSO, MFA);
• Managing digital identities and permissions for 120,000 users globally stored in LDAP and Active Directory.

Your responsibilities

Within the Identity Federation team, you will:

• Design identity and access management solutions and participate in integration phases;
• Contribute to security requirements and architecture definitions;
• Conduct scoping studies and POCs with IAM teams;
• Participate in implementing SAML and OAuth2 protocols;
• Design and implement new authentication workflows;
• Deploy Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions;
• Collaborate with architects and technical experts to identify improvements;
• Support product and business teams during solution analysis and integration;
• Maintain operational conditions of access solutions;
• Update technical components and participate in continuous improvement.

What you need to succeed

• A background in cybersecurity or initial IAM experience is a plus;
• Familiarity with popular IAM solutions like Ping, ForgeRock, Okta, etc.;
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills;
• Comfort in understanding and communicating in English.
