Context

The Retail Performance Project Manager will lead initiatives to enhance retail performance across boutiques in France & Monaco. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional projects, analyzing business performance, optimizing operational processes, and implementing digital tools to boost productivity, customer satisfaction, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Performance Analysis:
    • Monitor and evaluate retail KPIs such as sales, conversion rates, traffic, customer experience (NPS, CX), OFS, and digital tool adoption weekly. Provide expertise to the GM as needed.
    • Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement through weekly and monthly reports, match-to-traffic analysis, and best practice sharing. Support Boutique Up! projects with ad-hoc analyses.
    • Support boutiques in digital tool usage by collaborating with digital leaders to monitor KPIs and develop tailored action plans.
  2. Retail Project Management:
    • Lead the omnichannel deployment strategy for France & Monaco, including implementing the Retail Performance Roadmap, following up with boutiques, and providing feedback based on user experience.
    • Coordinate retail development projects involving store openings, relocations, and renovations. Manage display capacity, product assortment, and develop opening checklists with operations.
    • Manage communication and training for new retail initiatives, contribute to newsletters and Dior hub updates.
    • Lead onboarding programs for digital tools for new team members.
    • Manage traffic-counting projects, monitor KPIs such as footfall and conversion rates, and share best practices.
