As a future Financial Controller, reporting to the Head of FMCG Private Debt, you will be part of AXA IM Alts - Real Estate.

DISCOVER your opportunity

Corporate Management: You will be involved in managing debt funds daily, collaborating with the fund management team. Main tasks include monitoring financial performance (IRR, Dividend Yield), cash flows, investor reports, FX hedging, fund distributions, and capital calls.

Your roles and responsibilities will include:

• Supervision and monitoring of investment vehicles and separate accounts;
• Management of investment structures, cash management, tax structures, and legal compliance;
• Preparation of cash forecasts, capital calls, and cash upstreams;
• Derivatives management (rolls, CCS, collateral, hedging ratios);
• Ensuring compliance with fund and mandate documentation;
• Monitoring fund performance (IRR, waterfall calculations).

- Reconciliation of dashboards and financial data (Simcorp Dimension),
- Review and validation of partnership accounting, capital statements, and financial statements (Lux GAAP/IFRS),
- Handling audits and service provider reviews,
- Working on transversal projects with various departments.

Your Profile

Your qualifications and experience

• Business, engineering, or university education;
• Experience in financial institutions (asset management, private equity/debt) appreciated;

Your skills

• Strong financial, analytical, organizational skills;
• Proficiency in English, German is a plus;
• Interest in fund legal documentation;
• Knowledge of Real Estate/Infra Debt sector and fund operations;
• Team player, multi-tasker, rigorous, adaptable, and able to prioritize;
• Advanced Excel/VBA skills; knowledge of Simcorp Dimension is a plus but not required.
