This position as a sales consultant, located in the heart of Paris, is to be filled as soon as possible.

The sales consultant is the most important role in the sales area and the quality of the relationship with the customer.

He contributes to a customer experience consistent with the positioning of the Store, develops loyalty and the customer relationship while ensuring sales and productivity objectives.

Its main missions are:

The sale
  1. Advise customers in the selection and purchase of products.
  2. Treat all products, regardless of value, with care and present them to the customer with the highest level of respect.
  3. Complete the customer transaction in a professional manner and in a timely manner.
  4. Provide the customer with the necessary information.
  5. Embody the Sale Ceremony of Samaritaine.
The customer experience
  1. Be the first Ambassador of the Store and provide the customer with a unique experience.
  2. Maintain a neat appearance at all times.
  3. Understand the customer's needs and adapt to their expectations.
  4. Provide a warm, personalized and customer-oriented welcome.
  5. Respond to customer requests and complaints with courtesy and politeness and refer to the service manager if necessary.
  6. Guide the customer in the Store according to his needs (products and services).
Team-work
  1. Work as a team to achieve sales and service goals.
  2. Help each other and go to the customer throughout the store to avoid waiting and promote the customer experience.
Other assignments
  1. Prepare stocks for inventories and help to carry them out.
  2. Apply Store procedures and rules.
  3. Stay up to date on product knowledge.
Profile

You wish to evolve in a multicultural environment. Fluency in English and French are essential. Another spoken language is desired: Mandarin, Russian, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese...

Job constraints
  1. Work on Saturday.

  3. Planning with rotating schedules.
  4. Hourly amplitude from 9:30 a.m. to 8:15 p.m.
