Job Description:

Join a dynamic company specializing in high-value-added services and actively contribute to its development across Europe! As part of launching a new service offering, our client is seeking a Business Development Manager (H/F).

Your main mission will be to increase revenue by identifying new business opportunities and building lasting relationships with key industry players (pharma, biotech, medtech, etc.).

Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Prospect new clients across Europe, initiate contacts, qualify leads, understand scientific and technical needs, present services, negotiate offers, close contracts, and participate in industry events.
  • Market & Strategy Monitoring: Analyze market potential, identify trends, monitor competitors, and report on sales activities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical experts and internal teams, support the sales administration team with quotes, and relay external opportunities.
  • Client Relations: Maintain trustful relationships, anticipate future needs, and follow up post-project.
Candidate Profile:

Education & Experience: Scientific degree (Master or PhD) in biotech, pharmacy, biology, or life sciences; minimum 5 years in business development within relevant fields; international or multicultural experience preferred.

Languages: Fluent English required for regular communication with international clients.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, customer service orientation, rigor, autonomy, teamwork, business acumen, and results-oriented mindset.
