En tant que Chef de projet MOA, vous intégrez le pôle MOA Dommage d’un grand assureur français. Vos missions principales incluent :

1. Cadrage projet :
   • Définir, challenger et cadrer les besoins de la direction métier
   • Analyser les effets de bord (impacts opérationnels et techniques)
   • Gérer la transversalité métier et technique
   • Établir le story mapping
   • Décrire les user stories
   • S'assurer que chaque intervenant ait le bon niveau d'information
   • Organiser les validations métier
   • Sécuriser la mise en œuvre du projet et remonter les alertes si nécessaire
2. Recette :
   • Participer aux daily meetings
   • Définir les plans de tests
   • Valider les développements (recette de bout en bout)
   • Organiser les reviews avec les Directions Métiers
3. Déploiement et Communication :
   • Réaliser les supports de formation
   • Assurer la formation des pilotes

De formation Bac+4/5 (école d'ingénieur, école de commerce, Master), vous justifiez d’une expérience minimum de 5 ans en informatique ou assurance. Vous maîtrisez les différents aspects d’un projet (Cadrage, Pilotage, Rédaction des cahiers des charges, spécifications fonctionnelles/techniques). Une bonne connaissance fonctionnelle en Assurance IARD est souhaitée. Vos qualités : excellent relationnel, bonnes capacités rédactionnelles, esprit de synthèse.
