VVF offers over 100 destinations in sports, culture, and nature, across mountains, countryside, and coastlines in more than 60 departments. The organization welcomes 450,000 holidaymakers annually and provides activities for parents and children in holiday villages, gîtes, campsites, and tourist residences. VVF employs 350 permanent staff and 3,500 seasonal workers each year.

Position:

General Information:

  • Temporary contract until September 2025
  • Gross monthly salary of 1950 euros
  • Probation period according to legal framework
  • 25 days of paid leave (legal days + 2 days for splitting after 8 months of seniority)
  • Based at the VVF headquarters: 8 rue Claude Danziger, Clermont Ferrand
  • Start date as soon as possible

The commercial group team is reorganizing into two parts, including one dedicated to group development.

To replace a colleague on parental leave, we are looking for a future group development officer.

Scope?

From first contact with the client to signing, you will be the main contact.

Daily tasks?

You will support the commercial policy with the goal of optimizing and increasing sales. By maintaining responsive client contact, listening, and advising, you will best meet customer demands. Your interpersonal skills and rigor will be essential for your daily missions, including:

  • Maintaining the B2B commercial telephone line
  • Following the sales process until reservation confirmation, linking with our marketing tools
  • Drafting and sending offers
  • Participating in teleprospecting and commercial follow-ups
  • Producing regular reports
  • Representing VVF during commercial operations
  • Contributing to tool development for system improvements
Profile:

Your commercial training and related experience are necessary for all tasks. Working closely with regional sales teams, teamwork will be important daily. Recruitment process:
  • Initial phone or in-person interview with Damien, HR director, or Marine, recruitment and employer branding officer. Expect about 30 minutes.
  • Second in-person interview at the headquarters with a member of the commercial group team.
