We are looking for a SMB Sales Account Executive to join our growing global team at Sectigo.

The SMB Account Executive will focus on achieving and exceeding assigned sales quotas by identifying, engaging, and closing new business from small to mid-market opportunities throughout the assigned territory. This individual will maintain and grow sales, maintaining an existing customer base and expanding through new customers and new product categories.

This is a full-time position working in a hybrid model, at least 3 days a week from our Lille office. It is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Sales Manager.

Core responsibilities include:

  1. Identify, engage, and close new business from mid-market customer accounts.
  2. Develop and implement account strategies for growth, focusing on sales and margin growth with existing customers, and prospecting new business opportunities.
  3. Prepare proposals and presentations for all organizational levels.
  4. Lead negotiations, coordinate decision-making, and overcome obstacles to closure.
  5. Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads.
  6. Qualify prospects’ business goals to assess Sectigo's strategic fit for their security needs.
  7. Close deals with new customers at or above quarterly sales goals.
  8. Maintain thorough knowledge of Sectigo products and industry trends.
  9. Support customer business processes, sustain relationships, and facilitate executive engagement.
  10. Ensure customer satisfaction within your territory.
  11. Maintain CRM records and sales updates.
  12. Assist in setting sales goals and budgets.
  13. Oversee additional account areas as needed.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years of sales experience, and preferably experience in cybersecurity or related industries. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, proactive, energetic, and skilled in prospecting, closing, and managing customer relations. Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office is preferred. Knowledge of the security industry and a successful track record in sales are advantageous.
