Role Responsibilities:

• Source your own clients and refer them through our network
• Our office team manages client contracts and billing
• Act as a consultant for client projects
• Build and maintain client relationships for ongoing instructions
• Create and manage an independent client referral pipeline
• Promote our consulting services within your network and encourage cross-referrals
• Earn a share of our daily billing, with a minimum of €355 per referral work

Candidate Requirements:

• Consulting experience in one of our practice areas
• Ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Motivation to succeed and grow within our network
• Professional communication skills and telephone manner
