Description du poste

Key Responsibilities :

As the primary point of contact for our clients, your mission is to analyze and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions and high-quality support, leveraging the expertise of our internal teams.

You will also implement actions to strengthen support for existing clients and enhance the value of our services to ensure lasting and optimized relationships.

Your main responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and monitoring customized reports, ensuring clients have access to this resource if needed.
  2. Managing ad hoc client requests, providing prompt and tailored responses.
  3. Monitoring and overseeing client projects, to ensure alignment with expectations.
  4. Organizing regular meetings, especially with clients with recent contact gaps, to maintain close relationships.
  5. Creating access and providing technical demonstrations of our platform, tailored to user needs.
  6. Anticipating client needs and identifying potential risks, detecting possible disputes or contentious situations early.

Requirements

  • At least some significant experience in a similar role within the service or tech sector; your agile, resourceful, and independent spirit is key!
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-evolving scale-up environment
  • Proficiency with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Slides)
  • Fluency in both English and French is mandatory

Location : Full remote or based in 8th arrondissement of Paris

Contract : Permanent
