Hello! We are Callbell, a French SaaS company with global activity.

We are currently looking for a person to join our small European team (around 10 people), primarily to take on a Customer Support role for Italian, Spanish and Anglo customers.

That said, we’re seeking someone who’s flexible and can adapt to different responsibilities within the company — someone who’s also willing to step into sales or SDR tasks when needed, depending on the situation. The position (& the entire Callbell of around 50 people) is entirely remote.

The job is 40 hours / week with payment in EUR.

This is a contractor position

Base salary : 1500 Euro

After a three-month trial period, if confirmed, you will also have access to a variable commission scheme

Responsibilities :

Provide remote technical support to customers in the Europe CET time zone.

Collaborate with the internal team to improve customer experience and develop effective solutions to recurring problems.

Constant communication with the support and development team.

Contribute to the creation and updating of knowledge base articles and user guides.

Requirements

Fluent Italian, Spanish & English (Knowledge of French is a plus).

Previous experience of 1 year or more in customer service, preferably in remote support or help desk.

Knowledge of the SaaS market.

Basic knowledge Excel and its key functions.

Ability to explain technical concepts to users of different skill levels.

Availability in the EU CET time zone.
