Job Overview

We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team in delivering data projects globally. As a Data Consultant at Syniti, you will collaborate with functional consultants and key client resources, gathering requirements, building conversion objects, and driving value throughout all project phases.

You will utilize your data skills and the Syniti platform to assess, iterate, and ensure high customer value during design, build, and deployment stages. As part of the Data Migration team, you will follow best practices for successful business transformation and develop expertise in our comprehensive platform to meet client needs.

Responsibilities for Senior Consultant (Post-Training)

1. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Syniti’s Data Migration methodology.
2. Show strong knowledge of technical data structures and definitions in assigned process areas.
3. Develop data migration rules and reports using Syniti’s tools based on provided specifications.
4. Evaluate and contribute to ongoing data migration design through analysis, reporting, and collaboration.
5. Create and maintain data load programs.
6. Execute end-to-end data loads and reconciliations.
7. Apply experience in ETL, Data Migration, Data Quality, and Data Analysis.
8. Possess database experience with SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
