Guest Relations team members work in various indoor and outdoor locations. Responsibilities include enhancing the guest experience by offering solutions during unforeseen events, providing advice, booking restaurant tables, managing access and priority cards for disabled guests, and caring for lost children at the ‘Baby Care Center’.
Reception team members work in different locations, handling hotel check-ins and check-outs, creating personalized guest interactions, resolving unforeseen issues, and promoting additional sales.
Ticketing team members work indoors and outdoors, greeting and advising guests, recommending suitable tickets or services, improving guest experience during unforeseen events, and managing guest flow before park opening and after closing.
Note: Our parks, hotels, and Disney Village operate 24/7, with working hours starting as early as 6 am and ending as late as 2 am.
