We are currently seeking a Product Business Analyst to join our France-based team in this remote role, with occasional travel to our Boulogne-Billancourt site. Both English and French language skills are required for this role.

This role involves translating complex product needs of high-profile clients into functional specifications, managing project changes, and handling all internal and external communications related to the product.

You will work with global, household-name clients, supporting a product that empowers clients to bring brands to life with ease and accuracy. The role offers opportunities to work cross-functionally with technical and product specialists in a dynamic, fast-paced global industry.

Ideal candidates are aspiring Project Managers or Business Analysts with 1-2 years of experience, preferably with exposure to web applications, SaaS, or project management tools.

Responsibilities include:

• Translating organizational strategy and customer needs into functional requirements.
• Managing and maintaining product documentation and communicating updates/releases.
• Acting as a key liaison with implementation and operational teams to advise on functionality and upcoming plans.
• Managing product demonstrations and pre-sales processes.
• Project managing ongoing development initiatives, including product releases.

Requirements:

• Experience in software implementation and/or product management, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
• Experience with Agile development processes.
• Strong communication skills to relay complex ideas clearly.
