Job Description:

At AM PM, we specialize in crafting high-quality bathroom products tailored for modern lifestyles. As we continue to grow and achieve new milestones, we're looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist with French language skills to join our E-commerce team!

Tasks
  • Process and manage client orders from placement to delivery
  • Confirm product availability and handle stock reservations
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order picking
  • Distribute and order transportation
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation with clients
  • Handle pricing documentation, as well as sorting and managing damaged goods
  • Coordinate product returns and replacements efficiently
  • Monitor operational expenses and prepare regular reports for management
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics operations; experience working with 3PL providers is a strong advantage
  • Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)
  • Higher or specialized secondary education in Economics, Logistics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with business process management software
  • Remote within the EU
