Join Redslim as our HR Manager Apprentice! As an HR Manager Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience, grow your HR skills, and contribute to building a strong company culture alongside a supportive team.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Work with international and diverse teams.
  2. Enjoy career growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Support the Director of Human Resources and contribute to the organization’s success through project participation, HR administration, recruitment, and employee engagement activities.

Key Projects and Tasks:

  • HR Projects: Contribute to talent development, performance management, and policy creation.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Support salary data analysis and benefits administration.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update HR systems, organize documentation, and support payroll validation.
  • Recruitment Support: Draft job ads, screen applications, schedule interviews, and assist in candidate assessments and communication.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
