Role Responsibilities

• Source your own clients and refer them through our network.
• Our office team manages client contracts and billing.
• Act as a consultant on client projects.
• Build and maintain client relationships for ongoing instructions.
• Create and maintain an independent client referral pipeline.
• Promote our consulting services within your network, encouraging cross-referrals.
• Earn a share of our daily billing, with a minimum of €355 per referral work.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in one of the specified consulting areas.
• Ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Motivation to succeed and grow within our network.
• Professional communication skills and telephone manner.
