Le Comptoir Seigneurie Gauthier, with 170 stores and 1000 employees, is an integrated network of the PPG Group, France’s leading retailer of paints and decoration products for professionals. We are strengthening our team and recruiting for our Vannes location.

As a Vendeur(se) H/F, you will be versatile, working at the point of sale with artisan and private clients, supporting local teams to enhance business and maintain the store, with the primary goal of customer satisfaction in line with Group policies.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES

• Identify customer needs and advise on products, highlighting technical aspects through your expertise.
• Promote and sell company products, providing advice in-store or by phone.
• Greet customers, assess their needs, inform them about products, services, prices, and technical features.
• Receive, stock, and tint merchandise.
• Participate in promotional activities and daily store management (ordering, stock management, inventories).
• Manage orders and billing using internal software.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma with a technical or commercial specialization.
• Significant experience in direct sales, preferably in retail distribution to professionals in the building sector.
• Good interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a strong sense of commerce for delivering recognized quality service.
• Dynamism and versatility.
• Fluent French and ability to carry heavy loads.
• Holding CACES 1 and 3 permits is a plus.
