Vous serez responsable de la surveillance des systèmes de sécurité, de l'assistance aux clients et de la gestion des situations d'urgence. Qualifications

  • Au moins 1 an d'expérience dans le secteur ou domaine professionnel connexe.
  • Fluent en français, bonne maîtrise de l'anglais.
  • Connaissance des lois et règlements applicables au poste.

Job Description
  1. Monitor CCTV, fire alarm, and security systems. Maintain a logbook on incidents, complaints, etc., and refer them, if required, to the appropriate department for follow-up action. Make regular rounds of assigned areas and observe any abnormal activities by guests or connectors. Be alert to non-guest or suspicious persons wandering around the hotel, and report to Supervisor or Duty Manager. Assist the duty manager in inspecting rooms of doubtful clients and with suspected “walk outs” or “skippers” (guests attempting to leave without paying). Assist in any fire or other emergency situations. Investigate offenses reported during patrols and ensure full details are provided to the police when necessary. Provide security coverage for VIP guests and large groups during check-in/out. Ensure all guest and connector incidents receive immediate and professional First Aid treatment by the Loss Prevention Department. Be familiar with the Fire Emergency Plan and a member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT). Take necessary action whenever the Fire Alarm activates. Render first aid to the sick or injured.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in hospitality or a related field.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in the sector or related professional area, with impeccable knowledge of security professions.
  3. Fluent in the national language, with good speaking, reading, writing, and understanding of English.
  4. The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
  5. Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, and procedures to promote effective operations for the protection of people, data, and property.
  6. Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, and agency rules applicable to the job.
