Reporting to the Purchasing Director, the Key Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships and negotiations with our major national hotel chains. You will support the performance of all our clusters and foster strong partnerships with major hotel chains in European cities and capitals. This role involves working closely with clusters, the Purchasing Director, and Global Buyers to ensure effective implementation of the global strategy at the cluster level.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Define the National Hotel Chain Strategy:
    • Understand current partners and the overall ecosystem
    • Conduct benchmarking and market offer analysis
    • Submit commercial offers and negotiate agreements
    • Develop an action plan and prepare the annual budget
    • Set objectives with the Purchasing Director
    • Identify growth opportunities by anticipating market trends
    • Enhance customer insights and understanding
  2. Manage Relationships with Our Partners:
    • Negotiate commercial terms and trade-offs with national partners
    • Anticipate partner needs and resolve issues or complaints
    • Build and maintain trust-based, long-term relationships
    • Support commercial action plans of main suppliers
    • Monitor performance and ROI, suggest profit improvement actions
    • Coordinate communication between partners and internal clusters
  3. Business Development:
    • Establish new relationships aligned with group strategy
    • Collaborate with the Supply team to maximize growth
