Are you eager to join a team managing the expansion, fit-out, and launch of state-of-the-art Fulfillment Centers (FCs) that are vital to Amazon's success and customer support in a dynamic environment? This role offers opportunities to travel and work across multiple countries and cultures.
The position is based in France, with 50% travel domestically or to other EMEA countries. As an experienced Project Manager, you will ensure FCs are built on time and within budget by coordinating various teams and stakeholders. You will support Amazon's European fulfillment network expansion, leading and influencing cross-functional teams for project execution and driving long-term business strategy through standardization.
Ideal candidates are self-starters with a solid Project Management background, experienced in managing large, fast-paced projects. You should be capable of leading and mentoring project teams, managing risks, and working effectively with stakeholders at all levels inside and outside the organization.
Travel and work across multiple countries and cultures are integral to this role. The position can be located anywhere in France, Spain, or Italy.
You will develop and execute business cases for operational fulfillment centers, engage with all organizational levels, oversee site development from greenfield to operational, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure successful launches.
