Qualifications

  • Expérience antérieure dans un rôle orienté client dans le secteur de la vente au détail ou de l'hospitalité.

We are looking for a full-time Conseiller de Vente for our Palais Royal Gallery. As Conseiller de Vente at Acne Studios you will work collaboratively with your team to establish and nurture loyal and engaging customer relationships, drive sales and positive business outcomes in which your service and attentiveness take center stage.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are working on a new project closely tied to the world of art and we are looking for a full-time position, your main contribution will be to care for our customers in the store and guide them throughout the entire customer cycle. We will provide you with training and coaching in luxury sales, service, and clienteling to ensure your success, according to our cutting-edge approach to client experience. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by:

  1. Welcoming and guiding customers through a smooth customer cycle, attending to all details and providing them with the best-in-class client experience
  2. Achieving sales & conversion
  3. Promote the artist & our magazine
  4. Recruiting customers
  5. Upholding administrative procedures and skillfully managing our inventory

  • Fluency in French & English is a prerequisite for this position (additional languages is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge and passion for art, with the ability to engage customers on this subject
