Description du poste

Migration and Roll Out Activities

1. Migration: Participate in deployment and roll-out activities of Oracle, including pre-study phases, gap analysis, proposing technical evolutions, change management, and supporting migration activities such as UAT and training documentation. Manage adaptation of Oracle core model for new business integration and interface with Oracle teams. Provide structured ideas for improvements.
2. Roll Out: Support Oracle technical evolution by updating in compliance with management and finance rules. Identify defects, propose change requests, test parameters, and participate in change management. Contribute to projects related to tool deployment, organizational rationalization, and changes. Understand the core model thoroughly and translate IT requirements into Oracle solutions.
3. Documentation & Training: Lead initiatives to raise awareness on new developments through training, animate key user communities via webinars and newsletters, prepare step-by-step instructions, and update learning tools ensuring consistency.
4. Reporting: Develop reports as requested, deliver regular and accurate reports, oversee initiatives to improve financial performance and reporting, and manage master data in collaboration with IT.

Education & Experience

Graduate of a business or engineering school or equivalent in finance, with 6-7 years of experience in international environments. Proven project control experience in long-term projects within engineering, construction, or industrial sectors. Strong background in project accounting and financial analysis.

Skills & Behavioral Traits

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools or EPM systems preferred. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Business-oriented, collaborative, and proactive approach. Experience in process improvement and change management. Excellent organizational skills. Fluent in English and French.
