We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with growth and marketing technology experience to lead product development for a squad of talented engineers managing SEO tech assets, product info feeds for SEA & Performance marketing, user tracking data, and marketing campaign data. This role involves collaborating across Engineering, Marketing, and Data teams to innovate within domains such as SEO, SEA, media tracking, and campaign performance analysis.

Your Mission:
  1. Lead your squad's vision by gathering insights to develop a compelling acquisition strategy encompassing Media & Performance Marketing, SEO, Data & Tracking, and Engineering.
  2. Define your Northstar metric and KPIs to drive impactful marketing acquisition and growth.
  3. Build strategic roadmaps balancing long-term initiatives and short-term tactical bets aligned with company strategy and growth hacking mindset.
  4. Serve as the main contact and evangelist for multiple marketing teams and senior management.
  5. Collaborate with Engineering Managers to prioritize tasks and adjust plans as needed.
  6. Communicate risks and impacts clearly, anticipating dependencies for smooth delivery.
  7. Identify leverage points and foster innovation within your scope.
  8. Lead strategic initiatives from inception to completion, including cross-functional projects.
Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the Martech domain, with mastery in strategy, discovery, delivery, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Growth hacking mindset with knowledge of Google Ads, Merchant Center, and other acquisition channels.
  • Ability to leverage product and tech to optimize marketing efforts, including automation and feed optimization.
  • Data-driven with a track record of measuring impact; knowledge of marketing analytics is a plus.
  • Strong soft skills in leadership, negotiation, and communication; experienced in facilitating difficult trade-offs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and management.
  • Problem-solving attitude, comfortable navigating ambiguity with a user-centric approach.
