Role Description & Responsibilities
Our team has an immediate opening for a MBSE Senior Business Consultant to join and lead our System Engineering high-end consulting practice from a remote office in the US. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Aerospace and Defense industry, developing and managing complex system models using industry-standard tools and methodologies. This role will focus on partnering with clients in the Seattle/Bellevue, WA area but can be hired remotely with travel requirements.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze system requirements, develop system architectures, and ensure successful integration across projects.
· Apply communication, problem-solving skills, and passion for innovation to guide potential clients.
· Demonstrate strategic thinking, lead diverse teams, and foster collaboration with confidence.
· Develop and empower team members, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of respect.
· Understand business strategy, operations, and organizational dynamics to set direction in complex environments.

· Champion digitally-connected model-centric practices, leveraging model-based approaches for acquisition and innovation.
· Provide guidance on enterprise and solution architecture, evaluating solutions against standards and deployment contexts.
· Demonstrate understanding of systems engineering and model-based approaches, ensuring alignment with standards and fostering collaboration.
· Up to 50% travel may be needed (currently around 20%).
Qualifications
Additional success factors
Knowledge of standards: ISO, SAE, EIA, IEEE, ANSI, RTCA, etc., and familiarity with NASA, Federal, and Defense Acquisition Systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work autonomously.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, ranging from $160,000 to $235,000, including base salary and target bonus.
