About the opportunity

We are seeking a Data Scientist with extensive experience in the advertising industry to join a passionate team of engineers building large-scale advertising solutions. Our systems process up to 1 billion predictions per second during real-time auctions.

What will you do?

As a Senior Data Scientist, your mission will be to:

  • Stay updated with the latest science and technology in large-scale advertising systems.
  • Focus on models for CTR and CVR, online learning, cold start, embeddings, ad matching, ad ranking, etc.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to identify investment opportunities.
  • Assist in implementing solutions, participating in projects from conception to production.
  • Work with product managers to prioritize data science and AI projects based on cost/benefit analysis.
  • Experiment with new approaches independently.
  • Follow industry and academic research, and publish at conferences when possible.
What will you bring to the team?
  • Deep experience in AI and data science within the ad tech industry.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration and explaining complex topics.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and product-wide thinking.
  • Scientific mindset: quick learner, curious, detail-oriented, rigorous.
  • Experience in Statistics and/or Artificial Intelligence.
  • Ability to critically analyze scientific literature and implement findings.
  • Mindfulness of architecture, performance, testing, and maintainability.
