If you have technical skills in Ruminant species and wish to apply them to marketing, this position is for you.

Reporting directly to the Group Marketing Director and working closely with the Global Technical Managers and the marketing teams within your scope, you will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns related to our Ruminant species. You will work within an international, matrix organization across all our business units and regions, focusing on categories such as SmartLine, Ruminants Solution Specialties, Selisseo, Palatants, and Mycotoxin Management in Ruminants.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • In alignment with the strategy of the Business Units, managing the definition and implementation of cross-category solution campaigns. This involves developing campaign ideas, creating relevant visuals, adapting content for stakeholders, ensuring full deployment locally, and training sales teams on campaign content and concepts.
  • Collaborating closely with technical teams to translate technical content into marketing and commercial messages, and creating marketing materials to meet the needs of categories and species leaders.
  • Supporting the development of rolling marketing plans in partnership with the marketing director and SBUs leaders.
  • Maintaining, developing, and energizing the relevant marketing network, which includes professional inter-company gatherings, academia, private companies, and agencies, to maximize market and customer knowledge among internal stakeholders.

Main Skills and Required Profile:

  • A degree in Agriculture or Veterinary studies, preferably with a dual focus on dairy nutrition/farming background and business experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Technical-Marketing or Brand Manager, or similar role in dairy sector nutrition (such as feed or feed additives), with a solid understanding of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Mandatory knowledge of the feed market and major players in animal feed and nutrition.
  • Experience with digital marketing techniques and tools is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and project management skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural, matrix-structured environment.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented mindset.
  • International experience is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory.
