Position

We are currently recruiting an Assistant Manager (M/F) for a fixed-term contract until September 30, 2025 (which may become permanent).

Your Responsibilities

1. Manage the daily operations of the store: opening, closing, managing the sales area, fitting rooms, cash registers...
2. Satisfy and retain customers through your commercial spirit
3. Implement the store's commercial policy
4. Make your store attractive by applying merchandising recommendations
5. Lead a team of Sales Advisors focusing on coaching, training, and motivation
6. Manage staff schedules
7. Analyze performance metrics: turnover, sales quantities, conversion rates, average basket...

What You Bring

Minimum of one managerial experience, preferably in the specialized retail sector. A genuine passion for ready-to-wear fashion and a desire to work in a hands-on, field-oriented role.
